Credentialed to be a Certified Valuation Associate - CVA means Mike is an expert witness in regards to how much a business is worth. In negotiating a business or practice purchase Mike can refute or certify what another source thinks the entity is worth and have credibility in doing so. Mike's experience includes over ten years in public accounting. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. There he also received his Master's degree in Tax and is both a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). When Mike Bark isn't crunching numbers, you can find him and his wife Rebecca enjoying a barbeque with friends. Mike also enjoys golf, biking, basketball, cooking and playing the guitar. |
