We want to thank you for facilitating the transition from solo practitioner to partnership in our dental practice.

Our situation was very unique, and we tried for over a year to develop the partnership ourselves, and we were unable to come up with any workable agreement. We used other professionals to help us work it out, but we had no luck there either.

Thanks to you, we are now practicing happily together.

We also appreciate that you work with other professionals, such as Jeff, the lawyer, to help us solve the many challenges facing small businesses today.

Hiring an accountant and attorney was an easy decision, after all, I'm a dentist and these are not my areas of expertise. I feel confident that all systems are in place so that we may be successful right from the start. I couldn't ask for a better advocate or resource! 

  For a dentist that has never owned their own practice, developing a business plan and securing loan can be very intimidating and confusing. Mike made that process much easier.
